In this way, the view consistency of red, green and blue LED will seriously affect the consistency of the white balance of different viewpoints, and directly affect the fidelity of the video color of the display screen. To achieve the matching consistency of the brightness changes of red, green and blue LEDs at different viewpoints, it is necessary to make strict scientific planning on the packaging lens planning and raw material selection, which depends on the technical level of packaging suppliers. If the normal direction white balance of the display is better, if the LED beads'viewpoint consistency is not good, the whole screen white balance effect of different viewpoints will be bad. The viewpoint consistency characteristics of LED beads can be measured by an integrated LED viewpoint tester, especially for medium and advanced display screens.

LED lamp beads are semiconductor devices, sensitive to static electricity, very easy to lead to static failure, so anti-static ability to the life of the display is very important. High quality LED beads can satiate 50Hz, 1500V (AC RMS) test voltage for 1 minute without insulation breakdown.

8. Effect of lamp beads on attenuation characteristics of LED display with small spacing

LED display after a long period of work will show a decline in brightness and display color is not consistent with the phenomenon, mainly because of the brightness of the LED beads caused by attenuation. The attenuation of LED bead brightness will result in the decrease of the whole screen brightness. Red, green, blue LED brightness fluctuations will form the inconsistency of LED display color, which is what we often say the phenomenon of display screen spent. High quality LED beads can control brightness attenuation. According to the standard of 1000 hours room temperature lighting 20mA, red attenuation should be less than 2%, blue and green attenuation should be less than 10%, so blue and green LED in the display screen planning as far as possible do not use 20 mA current, it is best to use only 70% to 80% of the rated current. The attenuation characteristics are related to the characteristics of red, green and blue LEDs, but the attenuation is affected by the current, PCB board heat dissipation planning and the operating environment temperature of the display screen.
